Single Check In- 1 Hour $25.00

Single Check In-45 Minutes $20.00

First Time Deep Cleaning

(Required Before Maintenance)

$100.00 for the 1st Hour

$35.00 per hour for each consecutive hour

Example Total: 6 Hours=$275.00

Weekly Maintenance

$55.00 for the 1st Hour

$5.00 per hour for each consecutive hour

(Max 3 Hours)

Example Total: 2 Hours=$60.00

Biweekly Maintenance

$100.00 for the 1st Hour

$10.00 per hour for each consecutive hour.

(Max 5 Hours)

Example Total: 3 Hours= $120.00

Monthly Maintenance

$100.00 for the 1st Hour

$20.00 per hour for each consecutive hour.

(Max 5 Hours)

For some extreme cases I can help you with Short Notice Emergency Accommodation for Kleaning and Kats & Kanines (it could be stuff like family dropping in from out of town who didn't give you notice, gotta be out of your apartment by 31st of the month, catching a red-eye last minute flight out of state...). Extra fees apply. Call for quotes. I can REALLY accommodate existing clients, but I will always do my best to help anybody I can with last minute needs.
